The Lincat Lynx 400 Electric Double Boiling Top LBR2 is well known for being a compact countertop unit with a low-profile design. It comes with two boiling rings and is specifically designed to give a comfortable working height when fitted on a typical 900mm high worktop. The boiling top features a variable heat control and thermal cut-out, to avoid pans boiling dry or continuing to heat when the pan is removed, ensuring the hotplates are as safe as possible. This also prolongs the life of the element and ensures maximum energy efficiency, whilst its sealed hob plates and stainless steel body allow the boiling top to be cleaned easily.
