How do I install my equipment once I have received it?

Dependant on your location – we have a team of electrical and gas safe engineers who can install your new equipment as well as offer training and maintenance.

How do I know if the equipment I require is correct for my kitchen?

We appreciate that finding the right product is not easy. We at IDS can offer a site survey to ensure the equipment you desire is suitable for your needs/establishment.

What if the product I want is out of stock?

If the product you are enquiring about is currently out of stock, please contact us and we have a team who can offer an alternative or can advise on when your desired product will return to stock.

Product Repairs

If the warranty on your appliance has expired, don’t worry, we’ll be happy to quote you for a repair. Our prices are highly competitive and you can be assured you’ll get a full briefing of the work carried out as well as a quality repair of course.

We will always aim to have your product shipped within 2-3 working days however this can vary with each product/manufacturer. Once an order has been placed you will be kept notified about delivery times etc. At an extra cost some manufacturer’s offer an overnight delivery.
