Bring freshly made gravy and sauces beside a plated meal using the multifunctional Victor Mobile Consort Hot Cupboard, a heated service trolley with bain marie topper that keeps meals tasting hot, fresh and flavoursome. The gastronorm compatible top (pans sold separately) can accommodate a variation of sized pans whilst the interior hosts enough space for 36 plated meals or over 250 plates. The manual thermostat is recessed to prevent any spillages onto the interface, whilst the two inner shelves are removable to assist with cleaning.
