Ian Dance created IDS in 1988 after a long career in the catering industry. Building networks with local businesses, the MOD, schools and care homes, Ian created a portfolio of clients who continue to use IDS today. In 2009 Ian retired leaving his sons Bruce and Glynn to take IDS forward. They have brought to the business a wealth of experience in the catering arena including working in hotels and restaurants. With qualifications in gas and electric engineering, our team is able to deal with an array of catering engineering requirements.
