Falcon Chieftain Electric Freestanding, Single Pan, Twin Basket On Casters E1838X

The E1838 is a heavy duty electric twin basket fryer with stainless steel hob and mild steel pan. Thermostatically controlled rotating tubular elements can be adjusted to a range of 140° to 190°C to suit the food being fried. With an hourly chip capacity of 54kgs, the E1838 provides performance and reliability to any kitchen.
