With an all stainless steel construction this robust Lincat Food Warmer with Gantry will ensure your buffet or display food remains heated for serving for up to two hours. Using heating elements in the base of the device as well as heat from the infrared heat lamp, your food is heated consistently across its whole surface. Should you require different temperatures for different displays, this can be altered easily using the simmerstat control on the unit. A toughened glass sneeze screen helps prevent contamination from customers during serving.
