Ideal for use in carveries, hotel breakfasts and other similar self-serve occasions, the Moffat FTG2 Focus Hot Plate with Gantry ensures food is kept attractively displayed and at the perfect serving temperature. Constructed from bright polished stainless steel and a toughened glass thermopanel, the hot plate is strong, stylish and easy to clean. Heat is evenly distributed throughout the plate, whilst the added gantry also provides both heat and light, making your dishes look and taste great. Each of the two heated panels is full (1/1) gastronorm sized, so the plate is ideal for transferring dishes straight from the oven to the service area.
