With the ability to be filled and then tidied away until needed, these mobile Banquetline Hot Cupboards from Victor are ideal for bulk storage of cooked meals, ingredients or heated plates. Provided with four shelves, supports for GN pans (sold separately) and a push bar for easier mobility. An integral water reservoir ensures that internal humidity is regulated and that contents do not dry out while stored.
