Can this blender be used to prep smaller amounts?

As the shaft is nearly half a meter long (over 20″), the WSB70CK might not be totally suitable for smaller preparations. The good news is that the shaft is totally interchangeable though, so if you’re doing smaller pots, simple swap out to a smaller shaft. Likewise, whisk attachments are available for further flexibility.

How heavy is the motor head without the shaft?

The head itself weighs 3kg – it’s a powerful professional unit designed to withstand heavy commercial use. To make operation easier, a blender bracket is available so you can operate the unit without having to hold it in position for extended periods (sold separately – see spares & accessories below).

Can the head be bought separately?
