No, the fridge is specifically designed to accept patisserie/baker’s trays – not gastronorm pans. Dedicated GN compatible fridges are also available from Polar Refrigeration.
Are the internal shelf runners adjustable?
Yes, you can easily add or remove shelf runners to fit your business requirements.
Is the door reversible?
Yes. As standard, the door is hinged on the right hand side. This can be swapped over by a competent technician.
